WUHTUHFUH THE COLORS!!! They're so beautiful and subtle and dead and oooohhh... ;w; It all looks so unearthly and flowy... I really really really love the pipe smoke too! I liked how you used a reddish glow for the moon instead of the usual yellow glower that everyone's so used to seeing off the moon. That's one thing I really like about your pics, there's always a unique colour system that I hardly see in other people's pictures. The guy/girl's hair has a nice colour to it, although I found the hair messy and the long strands at the back didn't seem to blend very well together. The strands on the lantern seemed to be all lumped together rather than being individual strands.

I actually love this picture *___* She's (I think the person looks female anyway XD; ) really graceful and I love the muted soft shading :3
I think the only thing to nit-pick at is the clouds in the background, they don't really look like clouds to me, more like blur of circles (sorry). Using a smaller brush to define the outline of the clouds and use an airbrush tool to lightly fill in the bulk of the cloud might give a better effect (uh...I think anyway sorry I'm not very good at this C&C stuff >>; )
But seriously, gorgeous picture~ keep up the wonderful work nya! *3*

The lineart is so clean, detailed, smooth and delicate!
The character design is really nice too, I specially love her eyes and hair style.
It has a really nice flow too.
The only thing I think I can criticize umm... are those clouds in the back, I wonder if they couldn't look more foggy or something... they actually look like blurred little lights... like when you cry and you look at the lights. o_o' But that was probably due to the brush/program you were using.
Anyways I think it's so awesome, I could never do better than that. XD

I love how flowey everything is, the sense of motion is really nice and something I never actually both with because I am teh lame-_- But YES! I likes it ^_^ Im especially drawen to the smoke and the hair, I think its just the two distinct textures against each other work really well. I kinda wish you had done the moon and the clouds in the same drawen style, at least the clouds, since I think they would have repeated the smoke's look in a woodblock-y way. I dunno, maybe thats just me. ^_^
